As a member of our team, you will play a vital part in providing process support to the Resource Consents department. Through attention to detail and accuracy, you will be conveying and collating information in relation to the receipt, recording and issuing of resource consents and subdivisions and associated financial transactions. 
Your adherence to business rules and processes is essential. Use attention to detail skills to ensure systems are accurately maintained so to support the smooth processing of consent applications, financial processes, management of stakeholders and responses to customer enquiries.


You will continuously look for ways to improve the quality of the regulatory support services we provide so a flexibility to learn new processes and systems is essential.

To be successful in this role you need to be are a resilient person with some experience in an administration role. Intermediate to advanced MS Word and MS experience with SAP software would be an advantage. 


You have a strong background in high volume administration, strong financial background and a focus on customer-centric service. You can juggle competing priorities and thrive under pressure.  You excel at meeting your working timelines and productivity targets. You are someone who enjoys working in a collaborative team and, with changes to the current working environment, you will also need to be able to work productively from your home base for part of your working week. This requires your workspace to be in line with health and safety standards.
