He angitūtanga: The opportunity

 

We have a new opportunity for a Property Information Technician to join our Treasury Department.

In this role, you will ensure our property information (data and records) are accurate in accordance with legislative and organisational requirements. You can also expect to work on providing support, guidance and advice to our external and internal key stakeholders.

 

You can expect to work on:

  • Delivering accurate and competent support and guidance on property information (such as street numbering, subdivisions, and record of titles for example)
  • Ensuring stakeholder queries are dealt with in a timely, effective and efficient manner
  • Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and quality of the property information through remediation
  • Ensuring property structures are correctly created, maintained, and managed.

 

He kōrero mōu: About you

 

We will be looking for someone with excellent administration processing skills and at least 3 years’ experience working with in administration or data roles, alongside previous experience working with an EDRMS (Electronic Document and Records Management System).

 

You’ll need some knowledge and/or experience with relevant regulatory legislation, LGOIMA and Privacy Act.

 

Experience with local government is beneficial though not essential.
