We are now looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join the Change & Transformation team.  You will provide expert level project coordination and resource planning support across change & transformation team by implementing and maintaining administrative systems, procedures and ensuring that all projects run smoothly on time and efficiently. Communication planning and drafting documentation for a wide range of stakeholders and for key organisational activities. Monitoring progress, seeking out and embedding continuous improvement of systems, procedures, and policies whenever the opportunity arises.

We are seeking a resilient and adaptable team player to manage multiple mid to large-sized projects, who can bring a dynamic element to our existing professional project management capability.   You are a people person who is passionate about achieving outcomes and are able to work in a pressurised, ever-changing environment.  You are an expert in using Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) and other platforms (finance, procurement, ICT, project management).
