He angitūtanga | The opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Project Administration Coordinator to join our Shared Support Services team, providing essential project support to Healthy Waters’ Storm Readiness Pond Renewal and Upgrade Programme. You’ll help deliver upgrades across a network of more than 650 stormwater ponds by supporting the Project Manager with high‑quality coordination, documentation management, and streamlined communication. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are well‑planned, compliant, and effectively executed across Healthy Waters, Flood Resilience, and external stakeholders.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain project documentation and reporting, including status updates in Sentient, registers (risk, issues, decisions), and key project management documents.
  • Coordinate project planning activities such as scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking actions, and ensuring project deadlines and milestones are monitored.
  • Assist with end-to-end procurement processes
  • Support stakeholder and governance engagement

 

You will be based in both our CBD office Te Wharau o Tāmaki | Auckland House and our Hawiti Albany Office.
