He angitūtanga | The opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Project Administration Coordinator to join our Shared Support Services team and support the Blue-green Network Projects for the next 6 months. You’ll provide high-quality coordination and administrative support - building strong relationships with our internal customers, understanding their needs, and helping them achieve their goals.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling and facilitating key meetings and workshops for the projects.
- Coordinate updates and inputs for Local Board and Governing Body sessions.
- Creating and maintaining accurate spreadsheets and documents.
- Coordinating purchasing and financial processes including some contract management.

Ngā āhuatanga kei a mātou | What we offer
You’ll get to work with a supportive team and make a positive contribution to Tāmaki Makaurau. Working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, you’ll have some flexibility with how those hours are set. You will be based predominately in our CBD office Te Wharau o Tāmaki | Auckland House with some requirements to attend site visits around Auckland.

Band E - Salary range: $65,493 - $71,000 depending on experience
