We are on the hunt for a talented Programme Manager to join our future-focussed team. 
 

He angitūtanga: The opportunity
 

In this role, you will lead the programme of work to embed and continually improve the use of our SAP SuccessFactors system (‘Tupu’) in our organisation.
 

You will lead the cross-module governance structure that has been implemented, maintain the governance pipeline, and coordinate escalations and decision making. You will play a key role in maintaining a customer experience focus and ensure the voice of the customer is integral to decision making.
 

 

You will drive a ‘one organisation’ approach, and strong regular collaboration cross-Tupu module, cross-council, and with relevant external suppliers whilst managing change impacts and communication of governance decisions, and delivery of improvement pipeline activities, workstreams and projects.  At the end of your fixed term, you will have embedded a sustainable model, and built the capability and knowledge amongst the team to ensure its ongoing success.

 

 

He kōrero mōu: About you

 

A seasoned professional, you will bring previous BA, change management, programme or project management experience in a large, complex, political environment with exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS/ATS.

 

 

Prior experience with implementing or maintaining a cloud-based HR system would be highly desirable. Naturally inquisitive with high learning agility and ability to adapt to a changing environment, you will also bring strong data analysis, reporting, and report writing experience and skills.

 

 

You will understand the power of building strong relationships and the value of continuous improvement. You will have strong project management experience and be comfortable designing and facilitating training. With strong critical thinking ability, you will navigate times where there’s a black and white answer to issues whilst having the ability to deal with ambiguity as you’ll need to dive into the grey, researching, challenging, questioning and then switching into execution mode to drive new initiatives forwards.
