Are you a seasoned professional in the field of rewards and remuneration? We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Reward Consultant to join our dynamic People Services team on a fixed term contract from November 2024 to January 2026 to cover a parental leave. 


In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing innovative reward strategies that drive employee engagement and business performance. This is your chance to make an impact in a team that values creativity, collaboration, and excellence.


Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and Implement Reward Strategies: Design comprehensive reward programs that align with our business goals and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Lead Large Reward Projects: Oversee projects from design to delivery, including the annual remuneration review and structured pay reviews (e.g., gender and ethnicity analysis, critical role and market premium reviews).
  • Job Framework and Evaluation: Lead the analysis and maintenance of job frameworks and job evaluation integrity, supporting organizational design principles.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse remuneration information from surveys and external consultants to develop internal strategies.

You will have extensive experience at a senior level, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful reward strategies.


As you will be communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, you’ll have excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to relate to people at all levels in the organisation.


Strong analytical skills are a must and as well as your drive to implement critical evaluation, and problem-solving skills.


We will also be looking for the following skills: 

  • Degree in Human Resources or Finance
  • Advanced knowledge of modelling tools like excel
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in the use of Business Intelligence and HRIS systems
