Are you an experienced Personal Assistant or Business Liaison looking for your next challenge? If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working in a high-profile role supporting senior stakeholders, then this is the position for you!

 

The purpose of the Personal Assistant/Business Liaison role is to provide outstanding business and administrative support to senior managers. The key responsibilities are to ensure the efficient use of a manager’s time through a diverse range of functions, including but not limited to, effective email and diary management, coordinating information and meeting minute writing, coordination of team reporting etc whilst having a leading role in supporting our Connected Communities team within the business.  Strong computer skills, and ability to learn quickly and build relationships are crucial to success in the role.

 

The right person will have interests in Project Coordination and a willingness to be flexible as candidates may be required to implement their exceptional support skills outside of their original assigned position. Because no two PA/BL roles are identical, this allows for new and exciting opportunities to work within different departments across the organisation!

We are seeking someone who thrives working in a busy, dynamic and stimulating environment. You will be an expert at juggling multiple tasks and working under pressure. With an eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills and a confident approach to your work, your communication skills across all channels will be evidently outstanding, and you’ll demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to work that’s supported by strong judgement and decision-making capabilities.

 

The ability to work in collaborative relationships, while providing effective support across the division and Managers is fundamental. Previous experience in a coordination or PA position is preferred so that you can hit the ground running from day one.
