As a member of our People Services team, you will have the chance to have positive impact through participation in various projects, gain valuable hands-on experience, and develop key skills in a group where people are the key focus. Whether it’s recruiting the right person for the right role, supporting employees and managers through people relations, people transformation projects, growing leadership capability, or ensuring payroll transactions run smoothly – People Services does it all!
As a People Services graduate, you can expect to work on a wide range of projects and initiatives across multiple teams including:
- Contributing to the optimisation and implementation of HR best practices, HR Information Systems, and agile ways of working.
- Assisting with training and development initiatives.
- Participating in HR data analysis and reporting activities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support organisational goals and strategy.
- Providing tailored support and advice to all kaimahi on a wide range of HR-related queries
- Supporting with end-to-end recruitment across the organisation.

We are looking for a proactive graduate, who is interested in the future of HR and wants to contribute in a meaningful way. You will bring innovation and critical thinking skills to help futureproof the work we do.
We welcome applications from graduates in the following disciplines:
- Human Resource Management
- Applied Management in HR
- Business Management
- Employment Relations
- Or other relevant degrees
To be eligible to apply, you must have the following:
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand for more than 3 years without sponsorship
- Minimum of a relevant Bachelor’s degree completed January 2024 – January 2026
