For an innovative and collaborative leader, this role presents a unique opportunity to build enduring partnerships that impact existing and future communities. Part of the Group Strategy, Transformation and Partnerships department, this team is focussed on influencing new and different ways of providing community services for all Aucklanders.
As Partnership Programmes Manager, you’ll be leading a team of Partnership Specialists and Programme Managers focused on building meaningful, future-focused collaborations that drive innovative service delivery and create lasting value. The role provides an opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and community impact—helping shape partnerships that deliver on our biggest challenges and opportunities, and shape new service delivery models that are scalable, effective, and community-focused.
You’ll also have a crucial role in seeing the benefits of our partnership opportunities realised.
He kōrero mōu: About you
You’ll bring experience as a politically savvy people leader, proactively leading teams to deliver on full and varied work programmes in a complex and changing policy or strategy environment, as well as in leading and facilitating strategic change.
You’ll understand community sector investment models and the role philanthropic, government and non-profit entities have, and bring experience in establishing new and innovative partnership models relevant to a community service environment.
