He angitūtanga: The opportunity
 

Bring your expertise to implement and support solutions and initiatives that help the Auckland council to achieve its strategy and goals.
 

Be part of a skilled collaborative team of OD and L&D specialists who deliver across a large and complex organisation. Work across a variety of OD solutions and initiatives and take the lead on employee engagement data collection and insight identification, enabling informed decision making, and supporting employee experience improvement.
 

The role is offered full time for 12 months.
 

He kōrero mōu: About you
 

Ideally, you have experience of working in large, complex organisations on a range of OD practices, including managing the delivery of engagement survey and data insights. Experience with embedding effective performance conversations and implementing talent management approaches is beneficial. Generalist HR experience with strong exposure to OD will also be considered.


You will have well-developed writing, presentation, and facilitation skills, sound research and analysis skills, as well as outstanding project and change management skills. Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build positive working relationships at all levels - along with a delivery-focused, inclusive, and adaptable mindset - will help ensure your success.
