He angitūtanga: The opportunity


Parks & Community Facilities’ focus is on ensuring community assets (buildings and open spaces) are fit for the purpose of delivering outstanding community experiences and outcomes for Aucklanders.
We’re currently looking for an analyst to join our Asset & Business Performance team where you’ll support operational teams utilisation of SAP.  This will involve providing work order management training, on-boarding of new operational staff, SAP error management, creation and management of dashboards, identification of areas for improvement, and undertaking of ad-hoc reports and analysis.  You will also be required to collaborate with out-sourced partners when working on improvement projects performing product/functionality testing.

Alongside a tertiary qualification in Information Systems or relevant equivalent experience, you’ll have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


You bring the ability to work autonomously, confidence in dealing with ambiguity and a desire to build successful partnerships both internal and external to deliver business outcomes.


Previous experience in SAP (S/4 Hanna), CRM, SharePoint, and exposure to SDLC would be beneficial.
