He angitūtanga: The opportunity

In this busy role you will be supporting our team in the smooth running of the Mt Albert Community Library by making sure all library resources are correctly shelved and presented to our high standard. You will also respond to our customers' queries in a friendly and approachable manner as well as making accurate referrals.

This is a permanent, part time role working 8 hours on Saturday – 2 hours, Sunday 2 hours, Tuesday 2 hours, Thursday 2 hours.

If you have a positive attitude, a passion for libraries, a good standard of literacy and numeracy and a keen sense of detail, then this could be a great opportunity for you! Physical fitness and stamina are essential, as you will be on your feet most of the time and will be required to move heavy items.
