A fantastic opportunity has arisen to become part of the wonderful Central City Hub with the Community and Partnerships team as a Libraries and Council Service Assistant. There is one permanent part-time, 30 hours position per week worked over 4 days including one weekend day and a late night: Sunday – Wednesday. While based at Central City Hub, flexibility is required to work across the Central City including Te Wharekura and Ellen Melville Centre.
In this customer-focused role, you will be contributing to the day to day running of the library and front-line library service. You will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues and customers to create a great experience. You will be working closely with our local community supporting and/or delivering exciting programmes and activities that are driven by community need.
Your mahi will include supporting day-to-day operations and the development and delivery of programmes driven by community needs. Every day is different which is what makes it fun!

Salary: 57k-68k/a (depending on skills and experience)
