On a daily basis, you will be assisting customers with their enquiries, helping them access library resources to meet their recreation and information needs, and play a key role in developing seamless processes that reduce unnecessary complexities for our customers.

He kōrero mōu: About you

 

People’s needs will be at the heart of everything you do, and the role would suit someone who enjoys and appreciates this people-centric approach.

 

 

As a senior member of the Operations team, you’ll be able to find solutions even when things don’t go to plan to ensure that our customers have the best experience possible at our library. This role will ensure that our customer service is second to none.

 

Having the highest rate of public computer usage throughout the library network here at the Central Library, you’ll need to be confident in your ability to manage technology and systems as you will be the go-to person for the team and customers when they need help.
