We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Advisor to join our vibrant team! In this role, you’ll lead the planning and execution of internal communications for ATEED. This will involve communicating to staff at ATEED about externally facing projects and programmes, and general activities of ATEED as a corporate entity and help us use our communication channels to create a strong team culture aligned with our values.
Reporting into the Head of Communications & Media (with a dotted line to GM People & Capability), you’ll ensure that appropriate internal communications are planned and deployed across our business unit and will deliver a high standard of service and work positively with the organisation.
You’ll utilise and manage existing ATEED internal communications channels, including weekly staff news update email and video signage displays, and develop new channels (including video content and internal social media channels). You’ll also take a lead role in change management of specific pieces of work ensure change communication plans are developed and executed in support of the programme of change.

This is a fast-paced and varied role. You will need to have tenacity and enthusiasm to succeed. We need creative and innovative solutions, and someone who copes well under pressure. You will have proven initiative, drive and resilience, be able to work to tight deadlines, and balance competing priorities.
Prior experience working in a diverse internal comms environment in a similar role or related experience from an executional/tactical communications/public relations role is desirable.
Technically and social media savvy, you’ll be a skilled communicator who will bring strong change management background and experience creating written and video online content, and managing online content using a content management system. Experience in photography and editing images advantageous.
