Auckland Council is into the transformation phase of becoming a High-Performance Council. This has presented an amazing opportunity for an experienced ICT Analyst Reporting professional to join the team and assist with reporting and obtaining the information required to meet the needs of ICT and the broader Auckland Council. 

He kōrero mōu: About you
You'll be delivering monthly performance reports which will serve as a basis for identifying opportunities for business improvement. This will help drive performance and add value to the services we provide to the organisation. Your assistance will also be required in business planning and tracking our alignment to the business plans, in addition to providing input in creating dashboard reports for ICT and ICT customers.

What you will need to succeed:

•    A tertiary qualification, with at least 5 years experience in similar reporting and analysis roles
•    Experience with data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting
•    Experience in business planning and monitoring
•    Expert in Microsoft Excel and experience in PowerBI
•    Must have excellent communication skills and be a team player
•    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders


This is a part-time (3 days) fixed-term position until the middle of December 2021, which will involve job sharing.
