He angitūtanga: The opportunity

As Front of House at GridAKL Startup Hub, you will serve as the first point of contact, providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and ensuring their needs are promptly met. You’ll maintain a clean and inviting environment across all areas, support event organization, and manage the reception desk by handling inquiries and coordinating Health & Safety compliance, including visitor sign-ins and inductions for new residents.


Additionally, in your Office Management duties, you’ll oversee premises-related issues, manage procurement of office and kitchen supplies, maintain equipment, manage mail and courier services, handle secure paper disposal, and issue access swipe cards to new community members for secure entry to the Hub.

Our ideal candidate will be highly customer service-oriented, personable, and approachable, with a proactive mindset and strong initiative to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Able to uphold high work standards and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to handle confidential information responsibly.


Experience engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, including government representatives, and a strong awareness of professional etiquette are crucial. Flexibility to work Monday through Friday is required.
