He angitūtanga: The opportunity
 
Parks and Community Facilities’ focus is on ensuring community assets (buildings and open spaces) are fit for the purpose of delivering outstanding community experiences and outcomes for Aucklanders.

 

As part of our Parks and Community Facilities department, this role will see you joining the team that make sure we have the correct information available about our facilities, to support evidence-based decision making across the asset management lifecycle. 

 

Our team collates, analyses, and reports on data which is then used to make decisions on whether to maintain, develop, or dispose of Council controlled assets. As the Facility Performance Analyst, you’ll also provide valued input to continuous business improvement initiatives including advisory and training support to other areas of the department. 
 
He kōrero mōu: About you
 
We’re really interested in your analytical capabilities, which will come with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, and experience with SAP, Power BI and SharePoint would be advantageous. 

 

Ideally, you’ll bring some background in facilities and/or asset management, and having an understanding of an asset lifecycle would also stand you in good stead.

Indicative salary range for this position is $75k - $80k
