Our Property team is recruiting for two proactive Facilities Coordinators to support the smooth operation of our venues and ensure they are safe, compliant, well maintained, and event-ready. Reporting to the Lead Facility Manager and operating within a matrix structure, the Facilities Coordinators help ensure strong communication, efficient maintenance delivery, and a high standard of venue presentation, with occasional out-of-hours support required for events.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting facilities operations to ensure venues are safe, compliant, well maintained, and ready for events and daily use.
  • Coordinating with contractors, service providers, and internal teams to deliver planned and reactive maintenance and support projects.
  • Working alongside event and operational teams to ensure effective planning, communication, and venue readiness for events and productions.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement, sustainability initiatives, and best-practice facility management across the portfolio.
