Join a creative, community‑centred facility based in a beautiful heritage building. Studio One Toi Tū offers exhibitions, pop‑up events, workshops and classes for all ages, alongside studio spaces for artists and venue hire for community and commercial groups.
In this role, you’ll help create a welcoming, smooth-running experience for everyone who walks through our doors. You’ll be the friendly face of the facility, providing excellent front‑of‑house service, supporting day‑to‑day operations, and helping ensure our programmes and spaces run safely and efficiently. Your contribution will help visitors feel informed, supported, and inspired to engage with the arts.

We’re looking for someone who brings warmth, initiative, and strong organisational skills to the role. You’ll enjoy helping people, be confident using Microsoft Office, and take pride in creating a positive experience for our diverse community of artists, partners, and visitors.

This is a permanent part-time position (22 hours), working predominately Wednesday to Saturday with the occasional requirement to work evenings and Sundays.

Band D – Salary offers between $60,500 - $65,000 depending on skills and experience (this will be pro rata based on 22 hours per week)
