Eke Panuku’s Property Portfolio team is looking for a Reporting/Facilities Analyst to support Eke Panuku’s vision of shaping spaces for Aucklanders to love by delivering improvement through better analysis and understanding of property data/information, processes and goals within the Property Portfolio team. 
This role will support the Business Insights Manager to deliver robust and continuous information services to the Property Portfolio team, and their stakeholders.

You could expect to:

  • Implement and maintain ongoing system, data, quality, process and reporting initiatives
  • Demonstrate identification & implementation of Initiatives & improvements
  • Be comfortable providing targeted training to individuals or the wider team as required 
  • Manage and maintain data integrity in SAP RE & PM, GIS and other systems (as required) to support asset management and financial planning/reporting. 


He kōrero mōu: About you
This role requires you 2-3 years’ experience in a similar analytical role and prior experience with SAP RE & PM modules. You will be proficient in Excel and are used to manipulating and analysing large amounts of data. Practical experience in using Power BI to analyse and present key insights is required.

We will be looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in data analysis and presentation of information at multiple levels
  • Demonstrate multiple stakeholders’ engagement across a large organisation with strong relationship building skills 
  • Works well in a team environment with a “can do” attitude
  • Exposure to forecasting and budgeting would be an advantage
  • Demonstrate identification & implementation of Initiatives & improvements
  • Be comfortable providing targeted training to individuals or the wider team as required
