He angitūtanga: The opportunity  
Amotai is seeking an experienced Digital Transformation and Platform Lead to drive the strategic direction, performance, and continuous improvement of our digital platforms and services.  This role is a 2 year fixed term opportunity, working 24 hours per week. It presents an exciting opportunity to lead the evolution of a platform that drives meaningful economic impact for Māori and Pasifika businesses. This role reports to the Amotai Operations Manager and dotted line reports into the Amotai Lead Team.  It presents an exciting opportunity to shape and enhance our digital ecosystem, ensuring that our digital assets are optimised, scalable, and aligned with business needs to deliver maximum value to our members and customers. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
•    Manage and optimise Amotai’s digital platform via continuous identification and assessment of digital issues, user needs, and
      opportunities to create a prioritised roadmap of fixes, improvements, and new developments.  
•    Develop and implement a digital strategy that enhances automation, scalability, and user experience. 
•    Lead and execute digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with Amotai’s strategic objectives. 
•    Oversee vendor relationships to ensure system performance, innovation, and continuous improvements.

We are seeking a lead with a proven track record in digital platform product management, digital transformation, and ideally CRM implementation. You will have extensive experience leading digital initiatives, managing digital platforms, and overseeing CRM systems. Your ability to manage complex projects, drive innovation, and collaborate effectively will be essential.
