Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki is a cultural leader in Aotearoa New Zealand. Established in 1888, the Gallery holds a preeminent collection of New Zealand art and a significant collection of international art, and presents a dynamic programme of temporary exhibitions, public engagement and outreach activities.


Reporting to the Head of Brand and Commercial, the Digital Projects Lead is responsible for driving Auckland Art Gallery’s business-wide digital content strategy, and for planning and driving e-projects from initial concept to delivery, ensuring digital business requirements across the organisation meet business objectives. You will be working with a range of internal clients on different projects and must be adept at managing and building internal and external relationships and reporting on the status of projects.

To be successful in this position, you will have proven experience in a digital content or digital project management role. You will be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of project management and reporting tools. It goes without saying you will have excellent time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to track and measure end results.


You will be an energetic, responsive team player with the ability to work in a high-pressure and digital environment.

This position is permanent, full-time, working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
