We are an enthusiastic team with a strong focus on serving Aucklanders. Our Digital Content Advisors play an integral role in creating and maintaining content (i.e. copy, data, images, SEO) on our websites. We pride ourselves on ensuring our content is current, accurate, inclusive, accessible and, written in plain English. 

The role will see you collaborating with internal stakeholders to write and update content in support of business goals, while always putting the customer first. You will have an opportunity to work on a range of topics and projects. 

You will be a member of a cross-functional portfolio team with expertise in business analysis, user experience design, digital design and website publishing.

He kōrero mōu: About you 

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a digital writing role and a relevant tertiary degree in communication, social sciences, public relations, journalism, business or equivalent professional experience. 

We are looking for a customer-focused individual with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Be ready to prioritise, work under pressure, and adapt as required. 

You will be comfortable working as a member of a cross-functional team and working with stakeholders at all levels, influencing decision making and negotiating outcomes.

You will have experience in the application of the latest WCAG standards, SEO and information architecture, and be comfortable using content management systems.
