He angitūtanga: The opportunity

Come be a part of the vibrant Rates, Valuations & Data Management Unit, as a Development Contribution Assessor, you will be responsible is to evaluate Building and Resource consent applications for residential and non-residential developments to determine whether a development contribution is payable by the developer. You will be required to evaluate development applications and calculate contribution payable.  Great stakeholder management required for this position as you will be working with different parts of the Auckland Council and the public. 

He kōrero mōu: About you

Naturally, you will be passionate about helping the Auckland Region. You will have an eye for detail and excel in different computer systems. You will have at least two years of experience in finance or a background in the consenting/regulatory work environment.  A strong administration background is required! You will be someone who strives to improve processes and systems. Good written and verbal communication is a must! Being a team player is a vital part of the role.
