Auckland Council Group Shared Services’ Customer Experience and Digital Services division has an opportunity for a Customer Issues Advisor.
You’ll manage complaints, issues, and compliments, ensuring they are independently investigated and fully resolved. Complaints are not just challenges; they’re opportunities to improve how we serve Aucklanders, strengthen trust in our services, and deliver customer-centred outcomes.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday based in Auckland CBD with working from home arrangements available.
Ngā kawenga matua: Key responsibilities
- Case-manage complaints, issues, and compliments.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues in full.
- Identify and recommend process changes, policies, and precedents.
- Provide clear advice to business units.
- Deliver training and support on effective resolution.
