Bring your coordination skills and make a big impact behind the scenes. As Capability Coordinator, you’ll be in the engine room of the Capability Hub—managing queries, coordinating systems, and supporting the delivery of capability initiatives across Te Kaunihera o Tāmaki Makaurau. This is more than coordination—it’s your gateway into the world of capability, systems, and people experience at one of Aotearoa’s largest and most dynamic organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first line of support for kaimahi by managing and resolving queries and requests with warmth, clarity, and care.
- Help keep the Capability Hub humming—coordinating and administering activities that bring visibility, alignment, and impact to our work across the organisation.
- Take ownership of records, knowledge systems, and intranet content to ensure everything is up to date, accurate, and easy to use.
- Back up the Senior Learning Coordinator, gaining valuable cross-functional exposure and building your own capabilities as part of a tight-knit team.
- Communicate proactively with a wide range of stakeholders, always bringing a helpful, inclusive, and people-first approach to your work.
- Coordinate capability forums—both operational and strategic—creating spaces for collaboration, governance, and shared learning.
