Regional Facilities Auckland comprises 6 divisions – Auckland Art Gallery, Auckland Conventions, Auckland Live, Auckland Stadiums, NZ Maritime Museum and Auckland Zoo – we strive to create rewarding visitor experiences and positive outcomes for Auckland. 

We are looking for an experienced coordinator / PA to join this dynamic organisation and support the leadership team and provide operational support

In this varied role you will be involved in the corporate team project framework and coordination, continuous improvement across policies and procedures, diary management and travel bookings, collating board reports and HR/recruitment processes across multiple RFA divisions.

He kōrero mōu: About you

This role is more than a traditional secretarial role will be a perfect fit for someone with a constant eye for improvement, who is willing to support multiple people as required.

You will be involved in the implementation of projects and initiatives across the corporate division and the wider RFA organisation.

Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be top-notch and it goes without saying that you will be energetic and personable.
