Through science, learning & training, and strengthening our relationship with Te Ao Māori, we strive for excellence in animal care & welfare, conserve wildlife in the wild and nurture a lifelong connection with nature to enhance the well-being of our communities.

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and adaptable Business Services Coordinator to join our close-knit team at Auckland Zoo, part of the Tātaki Auckland Unlimited whānau. This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll provide essential operational and administrative support across the Zoo. From supporting our leadership and people teams, to coordinating projects and improving systems and workflows — no two days will be the same. This role also rotates with two other Business Services Coordinators to cover front-of-house reception duties, ensuring seamless support and service for both internal teams and external visitors.
