He angitūtanga: The opportunity 
 

You’ll be joining the Planning and Performance team, which sits within the wider Connected Communities Department, and in a newly created role as Business Lead, you’ll provide practical oversight and coordination of the Connected Communities business planning cycle across various stakeholders.


You’ll support the department wide planning and strategy and provide evidence to inform prioritisation and sound decision making, along with supporting the development monitoring and reporting for our regional programmes.


He kōrero mōu: About you
 

As a strategic thinker with the ability to drive service innovation, you’ll have experience in project management methodologies, programme planning and change management – and bring with you business acumen, financial management, and evidence-based service planning. This will include strong technical skills, such as Sharepoint, Excel and Data Analysis.


You will need to demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service excellence and customer relationship management, with the ability to build trusted relationships and communicate confidently in diverse settings.
