He angitūtanga: The opportunity

 

Join our dynamic Digital department as a Business Analyst, where you’ll lead the delivery of complex, high-impact projects. In this role, you will translate business needs into clear technical requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals. You will be responsible for facilitating workshops, mapping current and future state processes, developing training plans, and championing Agile practices to support successful project outcomes. Collaborating closely with project teams and senior stakeholders, you’ll drive process improvements, lead change initiatives, and contribute to critical organizational decisions. A strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement will be central to your role, where you’ll also support the ongoing development of business analysis practices across the department.

 

Below are some of our key upcoming projects over the next six months the person we bring onboard into this will be leading or supporting:

 

  • Multiple website rebuilds and refreshes
  • Rollout of an industry-best practice analytics and intelligence tool
  • Implementation of an enterprise Procurement system
  • Multiple integration projects connecting core systems such as CRM, eCommerce, and Point of Sale
  • Deployment of an enterprise Health & Safety system

He kōrero mōu: About you

 

We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with excellent communication skills, a collaborative working style, and the confidence to engage directly with senior stakeholders. You’ll have a proven track record in delivering data-focused projects, including data warehousing, migration, integration, and compliance. Experience with mid to large-scale projects such as ERP, CRM systems or complex integrations is highly desirable. Familiarity with Salesforce is a bonus.
