Associate Business Systems Specialist

He angitūtanga: The opportunity 

 

As an Associate Business Systems Specialist, you will assist SME’s in providing consulting services to business stakeholders and project teams including technical expertise, assistance in cost estimation, business case development, solution design, planning and implementation. It is also expected that you assist with the research, evaluation and selection of ICT solutions or services in partnership with customers that support good practice processes, fit for purpose, align with ICT Strategy and Roadmap. Helping to facilitate workshops with customers, vendors, wider ICT teams where required, are also covered in this role.  

One of the key expectations in this position is to ensure that all ICT services are secure, well designed, cost effective and supported by vendors (to an appropriate and agreed service level). 

 

He kōrero mōu: About you 

 

You have at least a year of experience of broad experience in ICT, along with some hands-on exposure in the implementation of applications and software in a business environment. 

 

Your high-level skills in using service management toolsets like Service Now, Remedy or JIRA, combined with your knowledge in any of the following software development languages will contribute to your growth in this role:-
•    .NET
•    Java Script
•    HTML5
•    Xamarin
•    Node-JS
•    C#
•    Spring

 

Since this role will be heavily involved in liaising and facilitating activities between our business stakeholders, vendors/partners and other ICT teams, your great communication skills, combined with your stakeholder management and some level of commercial knowledge will be heavily put into practice.
