He angitūtanga: The opportunity


We have an exciting position in our IT team and we’re looking for top talent to fill it. This is an opportunity to support a complex multiple-site user community both remotely and face-to-face across RFA venues.  Build your profile across the business with the excellent service you provide and help our management team access the right information and reports - enabling successful major event outcomes and vital decisions.


To do this, you’ll deliver support to end users around using various types of enterprise applications - working with suppliers, their helpdesks, as well as internal staff - ensuring the applications meet business needs, that change is managed appropriately, and that information is secure. You'll also get involved in developing custom reports using Crystal Reports/SSRS as necessary to meet and analyse business requirement and provide resolutions to maximise user productivity.

Alongside demonstrating similar experience in a large organisation, you’ll bring with you the ability to proactively work with stakeholders, gaining a good understanding of their requirements. 

With a broad knowledge of IT Enterprise Applications, we’ll also be looking for:


  • Preferably experience in Ungerboeck Software or any other ERP system
  • Experience in Application support and problem-solving
  • Experience with any of the following applications would also be advantageous: Humanforce (Time Target), POS like Vend, AdvanceRetail,
  • Excellent report writing skills (E.G. Crystal Reports/SSRS/Qlik Sense/Power BI)
  • Proficiency in SQL database Complex query/Administration experience
  • Proficiency in Agile methodology environment
  • A Tertiary qualification in IT or similar
