At Auckland Council, our Shared Support Services team provides outstanding administration and business support services to many departments across the organisation.  


We are looking for someone to join the team on secondment, full-time for 6 months.

As our superstar administrator you will be driving the delivery of business outcomes through the provision of high-quality administration support to internal customers.


Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Comprehensive minute taking to capture action points
  • Efficient document management of digital files
  • Effective shared inbox management and triage
  • Active workshop and meeting set up and support
  • Ordering coordination and distribution

 

We’re committed to paying the New Zealand Living Wage, which as of the 1st of September 2024 is $57,824.
