Tātaki Auckland Unlimited is Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland’s cultural, events and destination agency. We work to make Auckland a vibrant place to live, work and visit through events, experiences, culture, economic development and destination activity.

 

We are looking for an experienced Business Services Lead to provide high-quality senior administration, operational oversight and business support to a Director and Senior Leadership Team.

 

This is a key role where you will help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, support critical business services and projects, and work across the organisation to improve systems, processes and ways of working.

 

You will work closely with other Business Services Leads, senior leaders and key internal partners across ICT, Finance, People & Culture and Auckland Council to support efficient, consistent, and professional business operations.

 

This is a part time, permanent role of 20 hours a week.

We would like to see people apply who have approx. 5 years plus experience supporting executive level, with a keen interest in improving ways of working and comfortable in a complex environment.

 

 

You will be a highly organised, resilient and relationship-led senior administrator or business support professional.

 

 

You will bring sound judgement, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a calm, professional and solutions-focused approach.

Salary Band: F

 

Salary is based on skillset and experience with a budgeted range of 80k – 100k per annum, pro rata on part time hours.
