He angitūtanga: The opportunity

 

In this role you will provide administrative support and operations support to Investment and Industry business unit.  This includes:

 

  • General admin support for the team including travel bookings and arrangement of meetings and team events
  • Financial support with procurement, good understanding of financial systems i.e., SAP.
  • Diary support and supporting delivery of external events
  • Maintaining good relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Event management logistics and working closely with other functions areas across TAU
  • Assisting with requests relating to anything relative to the investments and Industry team
  • Other duties as required!

You’ll be a proactive personality with a well organised approach to managing your day. Your continuous improvement mindset with an agile personality allows you to adapt to changing demands in your calendar.  You’ll have well developed interpersonal skills and thrive on supporting your internal and external customers. You will also bring:

 

  • 2 – 5 years administration experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and project / time management skills.
  • Strong relationship building skills and a great team player.
  • Analytical and results driven.

 

Note that domestic travel may be required from time to time.
