He angitūtanga: The opportunity
As our Automation Test Lead, you’ll play a key role in transforming the way we deliver digital services—championing quality at every stage of the development lifecycle. Working in a modern Agile/SAFe delivery model, you'll lead the design and execution of test automation across web, API, integration, and performance layers.
You’ll be a thought leader for quality engineering, driving best practice, embedding testing into CI/CD pipelines, and mentoring testers across Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
He kōrero mōu: About you
You're a hands-on test automation expert with a passion for delivering high-quality, reliable digital products. With strong experience in large enterprise or public sector environments, you bring technical depth, coaching skills, and a shift-left mindset.
You're confident working with modern test tools (Playwright, Cypress, Postman, LoadRunner/JMeter) and you thrive in cross-functional, collaborative environments. You understand the importance of accessibility, usability, and performance in public-facing systems, and you know how to bake quality in from the start.

- Experience in compatibility testing with BrowserStack.
- Knowledge of security testing tools such as OWASP ZAP.
