As a Venue Protection Officer, you will complete a variety of tasks; one day you may be a stage door attendant and the next, be patrolling the Auckland town hall.
 
You will get to experience world-class performances visiting from all around the world and interact with members of the public, events staff, and performers across Aotea Centre, Auckland Town Hall, The Civic, Bruce Mason Centre, Mt Smart Stadium and Queen's wharf.

You will be the first point of contact at our events so first impressions will count every day, going the extra mile for our customers is key in this busy role. You'll have excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus, a natural ability towards problem-solving, and a positive team ethic. You do not need security experience as we will train and invest in you. What we do seek in return from you is your professionalism both in behaviour, appearance and pride in always doing the job well.
