We have an exciting fixed term opportunity to join Auckland Live's Ticketing Operations team as a Ticketing Data Analyst. In this position you’ll play a vital role in analysing and interpreting ticketing and customer data to uncover valuable insights that drive operational excellence. Your analytical prowess will be key in transforming data into actionable strategies, ensuring our success and growth.
To be a success in this role you will demonstrate:
- The ability to dive deep into ticket sales and customer data to uncover trends and insights that drive strategic decisions.
- Will develop predictive models to forecast sales and revenue, helping us manage inventory and pricing strategies.
- The ability to analyse customer feedback and website performance to improve user experience and satisfaction.
- Collaborate and work closely with our Marketing, Digital, Content, and Operations teams to create data-driven strategies that boost ticket sales and audience growth.
- Generate clear and compelling reports and visualisations for stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.

Are you passionate about data, making an impact and love live events? At Auckland Live we are looking for a dynamic and analytical Ticketing Data Analyst to join our team.
Skills and experience that will be highly regarded:
- An analytical mind with a Bachelor’s degree in data science, business analytics, or a related field, with at least three years of experience in data analysis.
- A person who is tech-savvy with proficiency with data visualization tools, statistical software, and SQL.
- Detail-Oriented and a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- A problem solver with strong analytical skills to tackle complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.
- A team player and have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Great attention to detail, an ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems and CRM platforms that will be a big plus.
