Our department provides professional services that support the smooth operation of Auckland Council Group. We offer a wide range of support functions including general administration, document and report services, event coordination, project support, and financial processing. Our work enables teams across the organisation to focus on delivering services and achieving strategic priorities.
Our graduate will work within our Shared Support Services unit, which collaborates with departments across Auckland Council Group. The role will span multiple workstreams including core administration, projects, finance, and events, offering a well-rounded experience in business support functions.
He kōrero mōu: About you
We are looking for an innovative graduate who has strong organisational skills, takes initiative and is a skilled communicator (verbal and written). Some working knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi is desirable.

This role has a starting salary of $65,000
Our employer Kiwisaver contribution is additional to base salary offered.
