He angitūtanga: The Opportunity
The Setup Attendant role is at the core of bringing events to life in our venues, contributing to the setup operations and supporting the overall delivery of events at Auckland Live and Conventions.
Working in a fast-paced, energetic team, you will work across a variety of venues, helping to arrange furniture and equipment, set up event spaces, and transport furniture between venues.
This casual role is key for ensuring everything is perfectly in place for our clients and guests to experience memorable and professional events, from dance parties to conferences. You will be part of an exceptional work environment and work with an amazing team

- You are enthusiastic, hardworking, have a strong work ethic and take pride in delivering high-quality results.
- You thrive in a dynamic team environment, communicate clearly, and stay composed under pressure.
- You will have flexible availability, including evenings, graveyard, weekends, and public holidays.
- A full, clean, NZ driver's licence is essential. Due to the nature of this role being centred around events, you may be required to use a vehicle as part of the role.

The casual role will work rostered shifts over 7 days which will include nights, weekends, and public holidays, dependent on the events we are holding.
The role is paid hourly with a starting rate of $27.80 per hour.
