Auckland Unlimted enriches lives in Auckland by engaging people in the arts, wildlife, environment, sport and events.  With our various divisions – Auckland Art Gallery Toi O Tamaki, Auckland Live & Conventions, Auckland Stadiums, Auckland Zoo, New Zealand Maritime Museum and Auckland Tourism– we strive to create rewarding visitor experiences and positive outcomes for Auckland.  As a Venue Protection Officer, you will complete a variety of tasks; one day you may be a stage door attendant and the next, be patrolling the Auckland town hall.
You will get to experience world-class performances visiting from all around the world and interact with members of the public, events staff, and performers across Aotea Centre, Auckland Town Hall, The Civic, Bruce Mason Centre, Mt Smart Stadium, QBE Stadium and Western Springs Stadium, and Queen's wharf.

You will be the first point of contact at our events so first impressions will count every day, going the extra mile for our customers is key in this busy role.  You'll have excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus, a natural ability towards problem-solving, and a positive team ethic. You'll present yourself professionally both in your behaviour, appearance and take pride in always doing the job well.
