Join our Community & Social Innovation team as a Relationship Manager – Intrapreneur.
In this pivotal role, you will support the Healthy Waters Blue-Green Network Programme, empowering Auckland communities to thrive and become more resilient against environmental challenges. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive innovative initiatives that foster social, economic, environmental, and cultural outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and facilitate community engagement initiatives, ensuring productive discussions and consensus among working groups.
  • Design and implement innovative projects that align with Kia ora Tamaki Makaurau outcomes, enhancing community leadership and diversity.
  • Communicate project results effectively to influence decision-making and support sustainable initiatives.
  • Act as a change agent, inspiring internal and external stakeholders to adopt and implement positive policy and practice changes.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with partners and stakeholders to foster collaboration.

He kōrero mōu: About You
 

We seek a passionate social change advocate with extensive experience in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in community-led initiatives, complemented by strong strategic thinking and political acumen. Additionally, the ability to navigate complexity and influence policy across diverse stakeholders is essential for success in this role. Strong competency in Te Ao Māori is preferred, as this role will contribute to culturally inclusive and effective project delivery.
