This role sits within the Platform & Operations Team and reports to the Head of Platform & Operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that current and future network capacity management requirements are met, lifecycle activities are planned, and the platform is highly resilient, scalable, secure and flexible.

  • Relevant degree or equivalent work experience in computer engineering, computer science or Business Systems
  • Membership of relevant information management professional institute or body
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Agile approaches to Product Management
  • 3+ Years of managing technical teams
  • 10+ Years of comprehensive and deep experience in IT Networking & Telecom designing and managing complex enterprise environments
  • Experience in a NOC, Tech Operations, or Tier 2/Tier 3 Technical Support role
  • An excellent understanding of IP networking and network operations in a LAN / WAN environment
  • Experience in capacity management and reporting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Moderate level of technical understanding related to telecommunications technologies
  • Confident in planning and scheduling Lifecycle activies
