As a confident Personal Assistant, you will be supporting Managers in fast-paced, often high-priority departments. You will thrive on providing exceptional business support to the senior management, being a valued voice in their leadership teams and building relationships with the wider department kaimahi. Efficient inbox and diary management, coordination of high-level information, and being the trusted, ‘go-to person’ for senior management, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of their work programmes.  

 

The successful applicant will be a confident professional and someone who is not afraid to softly manoeuvre people to ensure efficiency and get things across the line. Having a sense of humour and a ‘no task too big or small’ approach will see you well in this role. Opportunities to work across different parts of this dynamic organisation await. You will be joining the wider team of approximately 48 specialist Personal Assistants who are the administrative superpower of our organisation. You can expect to enjoy an interesting and fast–paced working environment with the backing of caring and supportive team leaders.

Are you energised by a busy, dynamic, and stimulating environment? Can you effortlessly juggle multiple tasks under pressure? Are you proactive and confident in your ability to know the best course of action to keep your manager on track? We are seeking someone with excellent critical thinking skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a confident approach to work. Your outstanding communication skills across all channels, coupled with your initiative and proactive nature, will set you apart. Collaborative relationships and effective support provision are fundamental to this role.
 
Previous experience in a Personal Assistant or Senior Administration position is a must to ensure you can hit the ground running from day one.
