He angitūtanga: The opportunity
The Digital & Customer Services Department is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our Learning and Development team. 

 

In this role, you will consult with stakeholders to identify the training demands and provide specialist expert advice and guidance to maintain and enhance the capability of new and existing staff for the Customer Services Department.
 

This role will require evaluation of training and development initiatives through analysis, design, and development. Implement approved and expertly designed learning assets either through instructor-led delivery, digital learning, or other social forms of learning.
 

You will be accountable for preparing trainers and digital developers for successful implementation of learning activities.

He kōrero mōu: About you  
Your knowledge and understanding of current and emerging best practices in instructional design is key. What you will bring:
•    Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Instructional Design
•    Proven successful creation and implementation of courses/curricula
•    Knowledge of all main Instructional Design systems 
•    Self-managing and able to quickly adapt in a constantly changing environment with multiple priorities (highly regarded)
•    An good understanding of AI tools and their place in the workplace
•    Design/Video Production skills is an advantage
