Join us as a Business Partner in Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW) and make a significant impact in ensuring a safe work environment. We want to hear from individuals experienced in managing hazards and risks within complex organizations. Collaborate with our Health & Safety, and Wellbeing Managers to develop and implement strategic HSW plans, drive change, and provide support.

He kōrero mōu: About you
You will provide HSW business partnering support, leadership, and advice to the various managers, people leaders and kaimahi within a portfolio.
 
You possess the necessary qualifications and expertise for this role. However, we also encourage you to apply if you have a New Zealand Diploma in Workplace Health and Safety Management (Level 6) or equivalent, combined with your experience in the industry and are looking for your next career step!

 

Your knowledge of health, safety, and ACC legislation, combined with your familiarity with current best practices, sets you apart. With your sound understanding and practical application of modern HSW practices (Human Organisational Performance, Safety Design, Safety II etc) along with your track record of verification and auditing adds value to your profile.
 
You have a proven ability to engage and influence front line managers and are skilled in facilitating and participating in incident investigations. While a technical background may be beneficial, our primary focus is on your unwavering commitment to occupational health and safety.
