Amotai is seeking a Finance and Operations Senior Analyst to enhance our financial operations and drive transformative business improvements. If you have a passion for financial excellence and process innovation, this is your opportunity to make an impact. As the Finance and Operations Senior Analyst at Amotai, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial processes, revenue billing and tracking, and business performance improvements. Your expertise in financial management and process improvement will ensure Amotai operates efficiently and continues to grow sustainably.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Deliver all revenue management, membership billing, reconciliation, and financial reporting services.

Design, implement and deliver budget tracking tools and financial performance dashboards.

Lead the design and implementation of workflow mapping for parts of Amotai’s delivery

Identifying, prioritise, and implement process improvement initiatives.

You are an experienced finance and business professional with a strong background in financial management, process improvement, and strategic advisory. Exceptional financial literacy, proficiency in business analytics tools, and experience in workflow design, you can translate insights into action. Your problem-solving skills, ability to navigate complexity, and collaborative approach will drive operational excellence at Amotai. Ideally you will possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a relevant discipline, or have extensive relevant business experience.
