Amotai is seeking an experienced Digital Transformation & Platform Lead to drive the strategic direction, performance, and continuous improvement of our digital platforms and services. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead the evolution of a platform that drives meaningful economic impact for Māori and Pasifika businesses. If you are passionate about digital product leadership, social impact, and innovation, we would love to hear from you.
This senior role reports to the Amotai Operations Manager and is a key member of the Amotai Lead Team.
It presents an exciting opportunity to shape and enhance our digital ecosystem, ensuring that our digital assets are optimised, scalable, and aligned with business needs to deliver maximum value to our members and customers.

Lead and execute digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with Amotai’s strategic objectives.

Manage and optimise Amotai’s digital platform via continuous identification and assessment of digital issues, user needs, and opportunities to create a prioritised roadmap of fixes, improvements, and new developments.

Develop and implement a digital strategy that enhances automation, scalability, and user experience.

We are seeking a lead with a proven track record in digital platform product management, digital transformation, and ideally CRM implementation. You will have extensive experience leading digital initiatives, managing digital platforms, and overseeing CRM systems. Your ability to manage complex projects, drive innovation, and collaborate effectively will be essential.
